Peculiar production building renovated as an apartment block; two attic floors, hosting exclusive flats with terraces overviewing the skyline of Milano, were added to the existing volume, and the design was completed by a global restyling of the façades. 

Interaction between daily life and art is the global concept of the project: a number of graphic and sculptural works is spread around public and private spaces.
